Our seasoned caregiving teams run in size from two to 20 and can provide care for any meeting, event, wedding or festive occasion.

Take the stress out of events with our “teacher quality” child care team.

We offer on-site care for events ranging from weddings, conferences, and in-home gatherings. Our staffing specialists will work with you to determine how many qualified caregivers you need, as well as which engaging activities we should plan to ensure the children are safe and having fun. All of our caregivers are “teacher quality” — which means they have the training experience commensurate with working with groups of kids.

Get access to tons of local kid-friendly vendors.

Not only can we help you ensure that the kids who attend your next gathering will have fun, we can also help connect you with local vendors who know what’s like to plan a party with kids in attendance. From kid-friendly caterers to entertainment and more, get in touch with us now to find the services you need.

"We were really in a pinch because our existing caregiver got injured and we had to look for a long-term nanny sooner than we expected. We contacted Seattle Nanny Network, they were super efficient. They realized right away the urgent need we had and they really pulled through for us. They were really helpful and throughout the whole process we felt like they truly cared about our needs. They found us a fantastic nanny and we could not be happier. Highly recommend Seattle Nanny Network."

Process

Finding Event Care

How the process works:

1

Contact a staffing specialist

Start by telling us a little bit about your event and our staffing specialist can help determine how many caregivers are needed as well as provide you with a quote. We can also answer any questions you may have.

2

Complete Event Membership Registration

It’s important that you provide accurate and up-to-date information about the event, such as how many children will be in attendance and any important details the team should know prior to providing care.

3

Receive Care Information

After we’ve reviewed your information, a staffing specialist will send you a confirmation and a bio of each qualified caregiver who will be working your event. You’ll have the opportunity to approve each of them. A team manager is included in the price of your quote and will be on-site to supervise the members, all who will be easily identifiable by logowear attire and ID lanyards.

4

Provide Feedback

We require feedback on all care provided once the event is over. We want to hear about your experience!

Yes, our nannies have worked with a range of ages including newborn to teenagers. Our staffing team hand selects the qualified caregivers needed for the event, based on the information you provide.

We begin screening nannies before we meet them. We require an online application and resume submission as a first step. From there we conduct a phone screen, make an online footprint analysis and check the court system for any infractions. At this time we conduct an in depth face-to-face interview, and make copies of identification and auto insurance. We then begin checking the references of the candidate, which are conducted by phone interview and transcribed into documents which are later shared with the potential employer. We schedule the nanny for a CPR/First Aid update if necessary and create a bio for their profile which includes photos, work history and references. We screen the candidates background to the greatest extent allowable by the Fair Labor & Credit Reporting Act which includes but not limited to:
  • Criminal and Federal Background Report
  • Driving Record Report (* Back Up and Event Care team doesn’t provide driving)
  • Social Security Number Trace
  • National Sex Offender Registry Clearance
  • Optional Drug Testing
  • OFAC search (Terrorist Search)
  • Address Verification
(Our exhaustive selection process eliminates a large number of applicants who apply to our agency). Our transparent screening process allows you the greatest amount of control you will ever have over the selection of who will be supervising your child(ren).
