Our seasoned caregiving teams run in size from two to 20 and can provide care for any meeting, event, wedding or festive occasion.

We offer on-site care for events ranging from weddings, conferences, and in-home gatherings. Our staffing specialists will work with you to determine how many qualified caregivers you need, as well as which engaging activities we should plan to ensure the children are safe and having fun. All of our caregivers are โteacher qualityโ โ which means they have the training experience commensurate with working with groups of kids.

How the process works:

Contact a staffing specialist
Start by telling us a little bit about your event and our staffing specialist can help determine how many caregivers are needed as well as provide you with a quote. We can also answer any questions you may have.

Complete Event Membership Registration
Itโs important that you provide accurate and up-to-date information about the event, such as how many children will be in attendance and any important details the team should know prior to providing care.

Receive Care Information
After weโve reviewed your information, a staffing specialist will send you a confirmation and a bio of each qualified caregiver who will be working your event. Youโll have the opportunity to approve each of them. A team manager is included in the price of your quote and will be on-site to supervise the members, all who will be easily identifiable by logowear attire and ID lanyards.

Provide Feedback
We require feedback on all care provided once the event is over. We want to hear about your experience!
